Taisa graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with Honours. She is currently working for Western Forest Products on Vancouver Island, Canada as an Area Forester. She is a Registered Professional Forester with the ABCFP, the Association of British Columbia Forest Professionals. She loves backpacking, mountaineering, and sea kayaking and tries to go backcountry camping every weekend from May to November.
